Pretzel Review: Anderson Bavarian DutchStyle Pretzels

Taste: These are big, thick, strong knot-shaped pretzels. They're crunchy and taste good. They're not all that salty. What looks like a generous amount the salt on the outside actually results in a low salt to pretzel ratio, because the pretzels are so thick. The combination of the thickness of the pretzels and the fact that they come in a box rather than a bag seemed to help maintain pretzel integrity, as nearly every pretzel in the box was unbroken.

Aroma: Very little.
